The American Cancer Society GenNow Network Seattle Chapter presents the first annual Fork Cancer Seattle will take place on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at the Block 41 in Seattle. The evening will feature small plates and craft cocktails as well as lots of entertainment and a silent auction. We will also recognize and celebrate the fundraising efforts of our Champions – a group of Seattle’s emerging leaders.
Funds raised by Fork Cancer will be used to ensure that the unique needs of each cancer patient are met by delivering life-saving programs, services, and advanced research. The American Cancer Society’s work has contributed to a 32% decline in the US cancer death rate from 1991 to 2019 resulting in 3.5 million fewer deaths during that time.

LeadershipAs the only organization combating cancer through advocacy, discovery, and patient support, the American Cancer Society has made significant contributions to the fight against cancer over the last 110 years. We advocate for lifesaving policy changes, promote healthy lifestyles to help prevent cancer, and provide information, answers, and support to people in every community who have been touched by cancer. We also research cancer and its causes to find more answers and better treatment.
Yet, there is still work to be done – which is why we are so glad you have joined us tonight! The American Cancer Society continues to work tirelessly to fund research and provide support for all types of cancer. And thanks to your generous support, we work to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer.
