What is a Champion?

Champions are a group of the Pacific Northwest’s emerging leaders who have been nominated by their peers to be one of the 15 faces of the first annual Fork Cancer Seattle. Champions serve as an extension of the American Cancer Society to advocate for its mission to impact every cancer and every life. They know their way around town, are well-connected, and are philanthropic. They want to influence their community and make an impact in the fight to #SaveLives and #ForkCancer by raising a minimum of $2,500.

How do I fundraise?

Fundraising options include:

• Personal or cash donations to support ACS’s mission
• Personal fundraising endeavors through online fundraising platform
• Fork Cancer Sponsorship sales
• Fork Cancer ticket sales
• Auction item procurement
