McKenna joined GenNOW in November 2022 and quickly became active in the Marketing Committee, where she helped co-lead the inaugural honoree program for the signature event. Inspired by her family’s experience with cancer and a passion for connecting with local professionals, she brings both heart and energy to the group. McKenna has worked at Seattle Children’s for nearly eight years and is currently the Manager for Executive Administration. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and outside of work enjoys exploring new coffee shops, traveling, and cheering on the Seattle Kraken.

Eugenie, who also calls Seattle home, works at Proliance Surgeons Group. Though she grew up in the Seattle area, she has also lived in New Orleans, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.—experiences that give her a broad perspective and fun conversation starter for fellow GenNOW members.
